When refreshing water from the Water Doctor is delivered, you no longer have to worry about unknown impurities in the water you drink. Our in-house water brand- Murlite, is purified using the Reverse Osmosis filtration process which takes out 99.9% impurity from water. Our water and other water brands supplied by us are strictly monitored by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).
We deliver around Lekki, Oniru, Victoria Island and Ikoyi axis.
Cleaning and Disinfecting of Water Cooler/Dispenser
It is important your water cooler is cleaned and serviced at least once in every 2 months to prevent bacteria and virus build-up in your water cooler/dispenser which is harmful to the body.

A: Minimum of 5 bottles
Q: Is there a delivery Fee and how much am I expected to pay for delivery?
A: Yes. Typical Delivery fee starts from N1000. Delivery fee depends on the quantity you order and location.
Q: Can I exchange my own bottles with WaterDoctor when you deliver?
A: Yes, only if the bottles are clean and without damage. We do not accept old bottles as they may have expired.
Q: When and how do I make payment?
A: Payment may be before delivery or on delivery. We do not give credit. Payment options available are Immediate Online Transfers, POS or cash, although we like to discourage cash payments at this time.
Q: Can I pick up my water from your location if you choose to?
A: Yes you can. This way you avoid delivery fees.
Q: How often do I need to clean or maintain my water dispenser?
A: Every 2 months.
Q: Do you offer water dispenser cleaning services?
A: Yes
Q: How much does it cost to clean/service my dispenser?
A: It cost N3,500 without parts. If any parts need to be replaced, you would have to bear this cost.
Q: How do I get my Dispenser cleaned/serviced?
A: Call us and we can arrange a visit to your location or you could drop your dispenser off at our location. A visit to your location may attract transportation fees.
